
I tried another more "nationally
recognized" program to lose fat and gain muscle before enlisting your
help, and that program was a true waste of time compared to the
results I got from yours. You designed a program tailored
specifically to my needs, not a cookie cutter one many trainers
provide. Not everyone is the same, nor do they respond the same way,
and you understand this. You stayed intuned to how my body was
reacting to the program you designed and made adjustments when needed,
as you did on 4 separate occasions during the course of my 8 weeks of
training. The numbers really say it all as I lost 9 lbs., my waist
went from 35" to 32", and my BF went from 15% to 4.9%. Furthermore,
my interaction with you has given me the necessary knowledge that will
enable me to continue living a healthy lifestyle. I would
recommend you to anyone without hesitation, although you should
provide a disclaimer stating that anyone who follows your program will
have to buy new clothes because the current ones will no longer fit.

After
gaining almost 50 pounds while pregnant with my son, I didn’t think I
would ever see a size 6 again. I worked out occasionally, but didn’t
really have a program to follow or know where to begin to lose the
weight. About the time I really decided to do something about my
appearance, someone told my husband about Jason’s program and he began
doing it. His program looked easy enough to follow and after a few
weeks of seeing his results, I gave it a try. Jason developed a program

Esther: fitness competitor - 8 weeks on program

When I
came to Jason I had no clue where to begin. I knew I wanted to
start competing in Fitness Competitions but did not know how to get the
results I desired. At the beginning of my program I was at 23.1%
body fat. Most competitors compete between 10% and 15%. Not
to mention I only had 12 weeks to prepare. Now don't get me wrong
I have always been an active person and ate fairly well for a normal
person, but we all know that fitness competitors are far from "normal".
Jason
evaluated my goals and and sent me a very easy to follow diet and
exercise plan. He gave me a list of good, acceptable foods and let
me know what I needed to eat when. The best part was how easy it
was to follow. I didn't have to worry about counting calories or grams
of protein or anything like that. Every week I turned in my diary
and Jason let me know what I needed to change. It's a lot harder
to cheat on your diet when you know you're going to be caught.
Now that my
competition is done and over with I have a greater knowledge of my body,
training and nutrition. I have Jason to thank for that. Even
now that I consider myself seasoned I rely on Jason's plan as my base
top get me back on track during my off season.

congratulations to you on your win at the Mr. America! I have not
spoken to you since Heather Lake & her husband referred me.... I have
stuck to your plan and have lost a total of 22 pounds and working out at
Gold's here in Nashville. I am 5'7" (almost 5'8" and weight 139) and in
a size 5-6 (down from a size 12 & 162 lbs). I have reached my goal!! My
clothes fit great and I continue to keep toning.

Jason. I’ve been very happy with your on-line training program. I have
been looking for awhile for a program to get back into shape after years
of working at a desk job. I have always been into sports and have a fair
amount of fitness knowledge, but have never been able to put together an
effective program on my own. The personal trainers at the gyms also didn’t
have the knowledge to get the type of results that I and most other people
are looking for.
I lost about
25 lbs in 12 weeks on your program and got down to 5% body fat at age 40.
My waist went from 34.5” to 28.5”. Your knowledge of diet and how it
affects the body is phenomenal. What I learned will have a lasting impact
on the way I eat in the future. The only regret is that I did not have the
opportunity to work out with you personally. I am sure there is a lot more
I can learn from you.
Even after
following a fairly demanding fat loss program for 12 weeks, five days
later after you changed the diet I went on to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with
no problem. I felt fine the whole
way and had plenty of energy.
I fully

My energy level was very good throughout the week. My workout
recovery continues to improve dramatically every week. My
cholesterol was 189 4 months ago. It is now 146. My blood
pressure was 122/84 four month ago. It is now 112/64. My

getting closer to seeing my AB muscles. My waistline is about 30
and will probably end up about 28 to 29 before I see

When I started
training with Jason, he helped me to change my eating habits. I eat

After a highly frustrating,
prolonged 3 1/2 month fitness plateau and the inability of three
different personal trainers and a registered nutritionist to get me back

I could tell you how many inches I’ve lost (2.5), or I
could tell you how many pounds of fat I melted off myself (16), but there
are more important things to discuss here.
More than releasing me from flab, this diet practically
released me from an addiction to food. I had bad eating habits as a kid,
as a teenager, and later, a college student. Though they did improve a
bit throughout the years they were never stellar, and I kept wondering why
all my effort in the gym didn’t yield the desired results.
One Jason Kozma later the answer was obvious. Once I got
on this program I realized how much I craved all those pieces of
pizza, all that ice cream and chips and soda and crap that I will only
enjoy IN MODERATION anymore.
I was surprised how much I lost and how quickly I lost it,
but more than that I was surprised at how much diet determines how you
look, and how far off the right kind of dieting I was doing. At first I
envied my fellow students because they were eating whatever they wanted,
but now (and this is the most awesome thing I’m coming away with) I look
at what they’re eating and I’m not even tempted. BWAHAHAHAHA!

Diane: Age 52 / Lost 17 pounds in 8 weeks!
Hey Jason - things are going great. I was
taking all the supplements for over a month, and wow, you sure know what
you are doing. I got the size and tone in my butt that I wanted so I am
doing all the exercises. Yeah, I can snap pencils now with my glutes...quite
amazing. It's funny, you do all the exercises and don't notice anything
then you put on something tight and astound yourself. The rest of the
measurements are either the same or a half inch smaller or bigger. I
think I did drop body fat a bit. At first my weight dropped like a rock
and I had to eat more carbs but I am actually at what I was before but
it is more muscle.
Anyway, you are the master. Those exercises
really targeted what I wanted to target. Phil knows he still owes you
the testimonial on lowering his cholesterol 50 points, he has been so
busy with other stuff, but will get it off to you.
Hope all is good there. I owe you the
before and after photos but they are not really dramatic as I just
toned everywhere and improved the back porch.
